3. Use and Registration

The use of the emissions calculator is currently free of charge. Wiesler Sustainegy reserves the right to introduce paid features in the future. Registration is required to store company data and manage individual emission balances. Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Data Storage and Privacy

When using the platform, company data (e.g. energy consumption, catering, mobility) is stored to create an emission report. All data is processed in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Further details can be found in our Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer

Wiesler Sustainegy assumes no liability for the completeness, accuracy or timeliness of the calculated results. The results are for informational purposes only and do not represent certified or legally binding environmental reports. Any liability for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

7. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is the registered office of Isele Sustainegy.
